RETURNS:
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@soulfullymrig.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you of your refund status. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exemptions
- We reserve the right to decline repair, replacement, or refund for any product or service purchased if:

Please note that we do not refund original shipping and handling charges.
SHIPPING COSTS
- We provide support for returning the product. However, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred in packaging or returning the product.
- If you are sending back the product, the risk of loss is with you. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery, and we strongly advise you to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post, or courier

- Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days after completing quality checks on the returned product.

EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
